Gather
House Churches + Prayer
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”
— Hebrews 10:25
Praying Together & Enjoying Community
We believe that gathering together, or creating community, is one of the most foundational and beautiful parts of life. That means eating together and living life with a close knit community in houses.
Early Christians regularly met in homes. Are you meeting often with other believers? Are you praying together to encourage and compel each other? Are you enjoying relationship with other believers and caring for each other?
Most places have become a den of thieves, stealing from the flock instead of feeding the lambs. As Jesus said, “It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” – Matthew 21:13
Come learn with us how to host people in your home and develop a rich, prayerful community. We expect churches to minister to people’s needs, both spiritually and physically. We are committed to keeping church about people and God, centered around His Word and prayer.
“And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart.”
